1967 Mercedes-Benz 230SL Roadster

Gallery Junction is pleased to offer this 1967 Mercedes-Benz 230SL Roadster. This example was sold new on the west coast in April of 1967. The original owner diligently serviced the car at the the dealer obtaining all of the dealer stamps in the book through 1975. At that time the car was sold to a new owner in California. She lovingly drove the car for the next ten years at which time it was purchased in 1985. The car extremely well cared for over the next 34 years by the same owner. He kept an extensive binder of receipts on the car and with records going back to new the mileage is documented as well. It is a verifiable number matching engine. The car comes with the original books as well as the original owners data plate as pictured. Originally a lighter shade of blue it is now finished with a recent repaint in attractive Dark Blue with a Navy Leather Interior featuring upgraded 280SL seats.
